Winemaker’s Dinner

Join us for dinner in our Barn! Our Winemaker, Brett Morrison, will guide us through a delicious 5 course meal prepared by Cutting Edge Catering. Each course will be perfectly paired with our award-winning wines.
– Bruschetta paired with Dry Rosé
– Mixed greens salad w/ apple vinaigrette paired with Chardonel
– Fired Up Jellies & Jams Peach habanero wings paired with Vignoles (vegetarian option: cauliflower “wings”)
– Beef Tortellini w/ garlic bread paired with Super Nova (vegetarian option: cheese tortellini)
– Flourless Chocolate Cake paired with Red Star
