Join us for dinner in the barn with our Winemaker! Enjoy a 4 course meal paired perfectly with our wines. Brett will describe how each wine was made and why he chose that pairing.
1. Bruschetta with grapes paired with Dry Rosé.
2. Soup & salad paired with Vidal Blanc.
3. Brisket w/ demi glaze, twice baked potato, bacon wrapped asparagus & rolls paired with Norton.
4. Dessert paired with Morning Star.
Advanced paid reservations are required by September 27th.
